Executive Administrative Assistant
Our client, a fast growing real estate company in Center City Philadelphia, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant for direct hire to support one of their executives. Salary approx 50k annually. The Executive Assistant is an important and integral position with broad administrative responsibilities including a variety of business-critical tasks such as functioning as a liaison between the leadership group, staff, brokers and clients. Responsibilities: Be a part of an overall team and liaise, coordinate and plan with other staff members to ensure continuity and maintain standards; Review email and identify those requiring a response; Draft correspondence/emails; Make all travel arrangements; Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings; Maintain daily planner; Set up and maintain online and paper filing system; Collect and prepare information for meetings and discussions; Manage routine projects on a day to day basis. Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years supporting senior level executives; Commercial Real Estate experience (preferred); Bachelor’s degree (BA) (preferred); Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Must be a self starter with the ability to work independently; Professional appearance and demeanor; Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate accordingly; Capable of anticipating situations and resolving issues; Exemplary communication and diplomacy skills; Must be able to work overtime as needed. References requested. Salary commensurate with experience.
