Benefits for temporary employees of thecareerfinders:
Holiday Pay - thecareerfinders offers holiday pay to all temporary employees who have consecutively worked a minimum of 1,000 hours. You will receive a day of pay at your current hourly pay rate, for the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Vacation Pay - thecareerfinders offers vacation pay to all temporary employees who have consecutively worked a minimum of 2,500 hours. You will receive five days pay at your current hourly pay rate.
Tuition Reimbursement - thecareerfinders offers tuition reimbursement to all temporary employees who have consecutively worked a minimum of 800 hours. We will reimburse you $100 per course, for every course that is related to our areas of placement (finance, accounting, human resources, etc.) with a grade of C or better (must provide transcript and receipt of tuition payment).
